is the circle island our accessible for people with canes?
A:
Yes it is. You'll be getting on and off the van or bus several times. Getting down to the beach might be problematic but the view from the top is just fine. Most stops are 15 minutes.

For some area's this isn't an issue. However, we toured the Mississouri and there are a lot of steep steps that might be difficult to traverse for someone with limited mobility. Additionally, we did not realize until after arriving that that we would have to board a large bus to take us to the Missouri to visit. We did not tour the entire Pearl Harbor facility only the Missouri. I would imagine touring the museum facility would be fine for anyone with a cane or other mobility issues.
considering the Circle Island tour, if one wants to snorkel is it the same tour as the sightseeing tour>

The people that went snorkeling did not see as many places as we did. Someone told me that but you can check with the tour. I wanted to do snorkeling with the island tour but it was sold out
