Great tribute to the Gander, Newfoundland, community who took in, literally, 9,000+ passengers from diverted aircraft after 9/11/2001. A quiet staircase on a Tuesday evening. Full review by I8796GBbruceb
Where is the best place to park? I’m coming with kids and older folk where walking a city block isn’t possible. I understand there’s an overstreet attached to the Belk-what parking deck is that attached to? And do you happen to know what deck it is on? If I can grab a spot on the same deck as the overstreet, if there is one on the same level, then I’d do that instead of parking and then taking elevators. If you have a name or address of the garage or deck, I will gps that. I tend to just GPS the theater and try to figure out parking once I get there, but this time I need to get as close as possible to the venue so I’m trying to be prepared! Thanks!

I use a walker and go with someone in a wheelchair. I have to support the answer for Bank of America Parking. If they really truly struggle, call the customer service number and they will explain their valet parking and you'll be able to get out in front of the theater. Or an usher can meet you and guide you in. For us, we park on the 6th floor of Bank of America (the most handicapped spaces are there) and you walk straight across at the elevator entrance, rather than having to struggle with getting in and out of elevators. Then it's about a city block walk to the actual theater door (Belk--Stage Door is a bit closer.) We leave early so I can stop if I need to. Once you're at the door, the usher's will help you with anything you need. Hearing devices (a god-send!) and large print programs are available at the coat check window near the Will Call ticket location. Everyone is very helpful; all you need to do is ask an usher volunteer. I love the friendliness here!
Getting ready to purchase Hamilton tickets. Looking at the seating chart, I would like comments on the difference between the grand tier and the mezzanine levels. Other than just higher, are they basically the same? Difference in ticket price is about $50. We will be driving a long way to see this show, so I want to ensure I get the best seats for my dollars.

Just left the book of mormon show. Get either floor seats row 12 or so or first balcony. Higher is tight leg room, although line of sight is good everywhere.
