I'll be visiting the Chinatown in Flushing in November and I'm thinking of strolling to this park area. Is the tennis center accessible to public for free? More importantly, is there much to see without admission fees in that area? Thank you.

Yes there is a tennis center, however, is for members only. There is a little lake, river and the monuments. Bring your own water, because water there is expensive
