I was curios how Harrahs responded to my review, and I see they haven't. I received a follow up email after my visit, with a link to review here at tripadvisor, but after taking the questionaire and trying to post my negative review, suddenly my internet connection was lost, as was my link for the survey. The security dept.'s actions were inexcuseable, and the machines are beyond tight. Im not sure where these positive reviews are being generated at, but Im real and a gambler, you folks are alerted, something is wrong here. Very wrong.
