The people above us were partiers and were making loud noise until 3am. There was no hot water. The restaurant had very bad food. Overpriced as well. Full review by 548donnaf

I will be camping in late April, early May this year at the state park. I hear it is a party place but I want peace and quiet. What can I expect at that time of year? Thanks
A:
Late April early May the spring breakers are gone. Should be pretty quiet depending on events that might be going on.
Q:
is this area only for camping, ot is like you can visit any time and have a bbq there while enjoying a good splash at the lake?
A:
Where we stay was for camping. However, they do have a day area for picnic and gatherings at the north end of park.
Q:
I will be tent camping here in a few weeks. Are there any problems with coyote or other vermin I should be aware of?
A:
There is definitely a possibility. Have seen coyotes in town many times. Watch your pets and don't put your hand under anything. Lots of people around so just be careful.
