I visited Longwood Gardens in the 80s, before my son was born, and decades later he took me back to visit. I found it as beautiful as I did many years ago. I really enjoyed the Bonsai Chrysanthemums … Full review by foncho11

Plan for outdoors. The lights and decorations are throughout the gardens which is a lot of outdoor walking to see everything. The only real "indoor" spaces are the conservatory (which I would plan on 30-45 min to walk through) and the restaurant. You'll love it. Longwood is beautiful!!!
I am planning to see A Longwood Christmas with my future fiancé. Actually, I am planning to propose at this beautiful venue! I see that it says lights come on at 12 pm and every 15 minutes after that but don’t understand what this means. Please help! I am coming from 2 hours away and want to make this visit as memorable as possible and that includes seeing the exhibits during the day but also want to experience all the beautiful lights.
