This is regarding the cafe bar at the top. Horrendous service where the waitress forgot my order as she tends to different patrons and refuted my sandwich after keeping the receipt! (You have to firs… Full review by WeiKeongL2

I'll omit any information regarding the monument as this has been covered in other reviews. Basically free to enter the monument unless you go in the galleries or take the elevator to the roof area (… Full review by chriswood72

I’ve done this a few times and totally think it’s worth it for the view of the city. You now have to pay to go up which is pretty pricy but so worth it. You can see so much from the colosseum Vatican… Full review by Sian P

Hello. I don't think so. Entrance to the monument and museum is free if charge. The elevator has it's own ticket office at the elevator entrance and costs 10 euros per person

The access to monument is free and there are beautiful views also for free. To go the the very top in a lift around 10 euro. There are additional exhibits which cost a few euros and you may decide if you wish to visit based on content. Definitely visit the monument, quite memorable.
How do you get access to the lift to the top? Is it inside the building or can you access from outside the building ? Any help appreciated

Hi there, If you stand looking at the monument, the entry is on the right hand side. You can walk up the stairs to the top terrace. You will find the lift on there which will take you to the top. It costs 10 euros bit it is worth! Specially if you like photography. From there you can look into the Forum and also have a ni e view of the Coliseum.
To go all the way to the top, one must purchase the elevator tickets or can we climb up stairs as well? I know we already have to climb lots of stairs to get to the elevator.. my question is if from that point, the elevator is the only option to go to the roof? thank you!
