You can't miss the park as you must walk through it leaving the cruise ship. It is clean, welcoming and completely set up to take your money. Most importantly it is not the real Tortola. Spend a few… Full review by AndrewGrimsby
Definitely walking distance. Unless, of course, you are dragging luggage. The last time I was there they had a quiet bar at the moorings that met our needs.
