There were no signs that I saw but there were no pets inside

Is it only the inside exhibits that close at 5:00 pm?
A:
They are somewhat unfriendly hours but I beleive everything closes. The cafe closes earlier. It is a great place to visit if you can work it into your schedule.

Is it suitable for days with bad weather? I see that most exhibits are outside.

There are just as many inside as outside, and outside would be fine unless it is really bad.
