TECO Industrial Park is part of the TIPCO group of companies which traces its roots back to 1987 when the company started its paper manufacturing business in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines. TECO is a 250-hectare industrial park that is privately owned and registered with PEZA. The industrial park houses a growing community of companies such as electronics, engineering, food, energy, paper making, and manpower. The area was master-planned by the renowned Environmental Design Services of Taiwan with the goal of developing an internationally recognized industrial park that is sustainable, safe, and environmentally friendly.
