Officials say a suicide bomber detonated his explosive-laden vehicle at a security post in northwestern Pakistan, killing at least 11 security forces.

Two Crimean residents have been arrested following a car bombing of a prominent Russian naval officer in Sebastopol and have made confessions. A 38-year-old man from Sebastopol and a 47-year-old woman from Yalta have confessed their involvement in the attack.
