A contractor hanging up holiday lights at a Wellesley home suffered a life-threatening electric shock and was revived by a defibrillator on Wednesday, according to police.

Antonio Pascual was hanging Christmas lights when he threw them over a high voltage powerline and was electrocuted, the medical examiner said.
