A man has drowned after falling from his kayak on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula on Boxing Day. The male, who is yet to be formally identified, was pulled from the waters off Balnarring Beach on Boxing Day. Bystanders stepped in after the man fell out off the kayak at about 1pm.
