Gta 5 can easily be played at 4k with something like a 3060 Ti (even lower with a few tweaks) which isn't that much better than a PS5. With enough optimization, 4K 60 would have been easy for PS5 & XSX but the next-gen versions aren't all that impressive.

However, I felt like overall color aesthetic is a bit worse on next gen versions. In old gen, Los Santos looked very warm and felt more like California. In new gen, it looks a lot colder.
