Mar 28, 2019 · Our Home, a Manufactured Home came with Vinyl Plank flooring and they replaced the entire Sub Floor first. They did all the repairs, first class. The quality is fantastic and it is a wood grain so it fooled two people who built homes in the New England area their entire lives. They thought it was wood. Ha, go figure.

Apr 7, 2021 · -Our rental is tiled so carpets getting pee'd on isn't an issue for us. We do have some area rugs, but haven't had an issue. We use fernview farms for weeds. We had a service cut the grass We use Superior pest for bugs We also took the opportunity to fly down for long weekends between tenants. Mini-vacation and finish on cleaning.

Dec 17, 2013 · Disappointments: Beige carpet had large area rugs in living room and Florida room that covered lots of stains. Best thing is we love the area (Summerhill) and our street. We hosted a 2 hour afternoon party when we went in July and everyone but the single gentleman of the street came. The most welcoming kind people.
