Further clarification, at least in my case, after choosing the drive and clicking on Properties, I had to click on Make Changes (marked with the shield icon) before Policies appeared.

The problem may be because the computer is treating flash drives the same way as USB mass storage drives, which I know don't have an Eject option. Then again, it might not have anything to do with the drivers.
