Jun 24, 2020 · I had wrist pain when I went up 5 pounds on my hybrid set up and went into lockdown with the pain. I was playing hard the last few matches. It hurt without tennis for a month and I made the choice to buy the wilson clash. I played a few months after and felt the wrist again even with the clash set up with poly at 40 pounds.

That initial injury is almost 1 year ago and i still have problems and pain if the racket is too heavy or too much swingweight. During these months i was searching gor right combination of racket and strings, but that would be too long now for write down all my experiences.

Oct 29, 2021 · I got wrist pain 2 months ago playing with 360 radical MP, cyclone tour @53, after that it's tennis elbow. So if you have wrist pain, consider it's early warning. I switch to gravity mp with velocity along with proper technique (contact out in front with relax grip) ,wrist strengthening & massage so for now it's quite stable with a dull pain.

As LapsedNoob noted, a heavy frame can exacerbate those issues. Elbow pain is usually associated with shock travelling up the arm from a stiff racquet/stringbed.
