I order frequently from both TJ Maxx and Marshalls.com. Usually I receive it within 7 to 10 days. I placed an order on January 13th and it's now January 24th and it hasn't even shipped yet. This is the first experience I've had with such a major delay. Otherwise, I find they are pretty consistent in their shipping speeds.

Dec 31, 2018 · TJ Maxx doesnt have real time inventory because they dont know what theyre receiving from vendors ever. I work in a store and we cant even check our own stores inventory over a computer system. If you call a store to check if an item is in stock they will go out and physically look for one that matches your description.
