Nov 25, 2023 · Similar to your description of stressing the walnut tree to produce more, we had an old Apple tree that had grown over the power line several years ago. The power company came through and cut the tree back to almost nothing but a trunk and lower limbs while removing the limbs that were growing all around the power line.

Dec 20, 2024 · Good point. I have an sks with plenty of 7.62 x 39 ammo that I hardly shoot, it might be comparable in trade value. My Dad gave his guns to his 3 sons but also did right by his son in law. He gave me his M1 Carbine and a Ruger Blackhawk pistol also chambered in .30 along with a shotgun.
