Oct 25, 2024 · On Christmas eve, dad would get the car out and we'd drive around town to look at they decorated homes. When we got home, I made sure that cookies and eggnog were left out for Santa. Kids got from the day before Christmas until the day after New Year off from school. It just seemed an exciting and magical time of year.

Nov 10, 2019 · Since I live in Canada in a senior rental unit, I know that there are a whole pack of seniors that go south to Arizona for the winter. Since I retired I have driven all over the UK for 2 months, back packed in East & South Africa, spent 2 winters in Texas, 2 winters in Mexico & spent a winter in Spain, Portugal & Italy.
