Pseudo-koebnerization: Where the phenomenon is produced by seeding of an infectious agent to surrounding tissue (eg, verrucae, molluscum contagiosum) or by skin breakdown and not tissue proliferation (eg, pyoderma gangrenosum).
Another group of diseases is classified as pseudo-isomorphism in response to a Koebner or pseudo-Koebner phenomenon. This category includes verrucae, molluscum contagiososum, and impetigo herpertiformis, secondary to the infection and its dissemination. After the trauma, these diseases would represent seeding on adjacent tissues.
