Dec 16, 2016 · I had the same issue with a Wacom Graphire and Windows 10 Pro x64 using that driver. The fix was to use the older, recommended Wacom driver from the web-site (v.6.05-7) which works fine (even though it's for Vista!). Driver problem with Wacom pad after last W10 update
Dec 13, 2016 · I have a Wacom Graphire pad that I use regularly. OK, it is quite old and I cannot find any W10 drivers anywhere but it is still working after a W7 to W10 update. Following the latest W10 update (3 days ago for me) the pad no longer works.

My Wacom pen table is working quite well, but on video editing programs (After Effects, PowerDirector) the computer thinks that when I click something I am actually dragging, and I can't release the drag once started, without a regular mouse which I seldom use.
