Here's a great process to build single leg hinge strength from two sticks to weights. Phase 1: Two Stick Iso Hold - From a tall stance, place two long sticks at 11:00 and 1:00 with hands just below shoulder height. Drive the sticks into the ground at 50-60 percent effort, pick one leg up to hip height and then hinge at the hips with a soft bend in your knee.
